By creating an account or using IdeaIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
IdeaIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
You retain ownership of content you create on IdeaIQ. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
All platform code, design, and content (excluding user submissions) is owned by Life Easy LLC. Ideas submitted are covered under our separate IP Protection Policy.
Paid plans are billed immediately when you upgrade — there is no free trial on paid plans (the free Starter plan is available indefinitely). Every new paid subscription includes a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email hello@ideaiq.co within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe. The guarantee covers your first paid billing period; renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop all future charges. Annual plans are billed once per year at the stated annual price.
IdeaIQ provides tools and information, not financial or legal advice. Startup outcomes are not guaranteed. Use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Easy LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
